1. Purpose

These terms govern sales made on this website between CYBER LINK (1209 Mountain Road Pl NE #12657, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States), operator of the Showrz brand, and any non-professional buyer. Placing an order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms. Contact: bonjour@showrz.com.

2. Products

Showrz sells shower kits, shower heads, filters, refills and accessories. Their essential characteristics are listed on each product page: composition, colors, compatibility (shower faucets with a standard 1/2" / 15x21 outlet: thermostatic, single-lever mixer, two-handle, bath-shower, built-in), and surfaces suitable for the adhesive mounts (tiles, ceramic, glass, smooth stone). Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs, which are shown before the order is confirmed. Free shipping on orders of €65 or more within metropolitan France. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

4. Ordering and payment

The order is binding once payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by Shopify's payment providers; no banking data is stored by the seller.

5. Refill subscription

The subscription triggers a delivery and a payment every 90 days, at the price displayed when subscribing. It carries no commitment: subscribers can pause, postpone or cancel it at any time from their account, before the next delivery date. A reminder email is sent before each payment.

6. Delivery

Orders ship within 2 business days; delivery takes 2 to 4 business days within metropolitan France. Full details are on the Shipping & returns page.

7. Right of withdrawal: 14 days to change your mind

The buyer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason, by writing to bonjour@showrz.com. The product must be returned complete. Opened filter refills cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

8. Legal guarantees

2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Installation and liability

Installation requires no tools and follows the instructions provided. The adhesive mounts must be applied to a smooth, clean and dry surface, and the indicated drying time must be respected. The seller cannot be held liable for installation that does not follow the instructions or on an unsuitable surface.

11. Governing law and disputes

French law applies. In the event of a dispute, the buyer may use a consumer mediator free of charge before taking any legal action.
