3. For a return, we send you the label. Your refund lands as soon as we receive it.

Warranty: your questions
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects on every part for 2 years: rail, shower head, hose, filter, mounts. It doesn't cover normal wear of the refill (change it every 3 months).
Can I return a kit I've already installed?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Just put all the parts back in their box.
Who pays for the return?
Return terms are detailed in our Terms of Sale.
