14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to return your Showrz products, without giving any reason (legal right of withdrawal). Send them back complete, with all their accessories, and we'll refund you.

How to return a product

Email us at bonjour@showrz.com (or use the Contact page) with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you the return instructions.

Filter refills

For hygiene reasons, an opened filter refill can't be returned. An unopened refill, still in its packaging, can be returned within 14 days.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund you within 14 days, using the payment method you used for your order.

Damaged or defective product

All our products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Got a problem? Email bonjour@showrz.com with a photo and we'll find a solution.
