Your order ships from France, tracked all the way. Shipping costs and delivery times for your country are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Tracked, every step of the way. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind (legal right of withdrawal). If your kit isn't right for you, send it back complete, with all its accessories, and we'll refund you.

Filter refills

For hygiene reasons, an opened refill can't be taken back. A refill still in its packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Subscription

The refill subscription comes with no commitment: you can pause it, push back or cancel a delivery anytime from your account, before the next shipping date.
