Care
A shower that stays gorgeous, effortlessly.
Limescale, cleaning, filter refills: everything you need to know, in a 2-minute read.
The routine
3 moves, that's it.
Once a month, or when the water starts spraying sideways.
1Rub the nozzles
With your fingertip: thanks to the silicone, limescale just falls off.
2Soak if needed
A night in white vinegar for a shower head that looks brand new.
3Swap the refill
Every 3 months, in 2 minutes, no tools.
Limescale
What the filter does (and doesn't) do
Let's be clear: the Showrz filter cuts chlorine in your water, not limescale. Limescale is handled by the silicone nozzles: they're flexible, so it can't cling to them. One swipe of your finger and the water flows again.
If your water is very hard, soak the shower head overnight in white vinegar once a season. That's all.

The refill
Change it every 3 months.
Unscrew the filter cap, pull out the old refill, slide in the new one, screw it back. 2 minutes, no tools. With the 3-pack, you're sorted for 9 months.
- 3-pack: €89 (−15%)
- Single refill: €35

Questions
Care: your questions
How do I know the refill is used up?
After 3 months of normal use, change it. No need to wait until you notice a difference.
Can I put the shower head in the dishwasher?
No. A soak in white vinegar does the job and protects the matte finish.
How do I clean the rail?
A soft sponge and your usual cleaner. Avoid abrasive products that can scratch the color.
