Will it fit my faucet?
Yes, every standard shower faucet: thermostatic, single-lever, two-handle, bath-shower or built-in. Showrz screws onto the standard 1/2" outlet (15x21), the norm in France and across Europe. If your current hose unscrews by hand, you're good. Not sure? Send us a photo.
When do I change the refill?
About every 3 months, depending on use. The 3-pack covers 9 months.
How do I change it?
Unscrew the filter cap, pull out the old refill, slide in the new one, screw it back. 2 minutes, no tools.
Does the filter remove limescale?
No, it cuts chlorine. For limescale, the shower head's silicone nozzles clean up with a swipe of your finger.
Does it affect water pressure?
No, water flows freely through the refill: you keep the full power of your 3 spray modes.
Am I locked into the subscription?
No. Pause it, push it back or cancel whenever you like from your account.
